I'll have to wait and see how much it grows over the next few days and weeks. I also turned off the community watch in administrative settings. I'm guessing that it will grow somewhat over time, but hopefully it will remain small and not rob me of so much disk space. I went ahead and manually deleted those folders completely, rebooted again and downloaded NS from the website, So far, I've done one quick scan and that subfolder is now called NS_22.10.1.10 and is only about 40 MB in size. I just chose the 'remove only' option which, after reboot, still left several populated Norton sub-folders in both the ProgramData and Program Files folders.
I had already used the NRnR tool about a month ago (for that Identity Safe turned off issue), but after reading Vivek's post (Thank You), I decided to do it again, but a bit differently than the previous time.
Manually running live update did nothing, however your suggestion of removing the community watch submissions form the dashboard actually did reduce the size of the folder by about 20%, but not nearly enough.
